39 More Days


Looking around on the interwebs, I found a yoga sequence for runners. So, I told Ness that we were going to do a little yoga before/after each run, thereby combining her love of running with my love of yoga.

Today we finished with a 20 minute yoga sequence to help open our hips and increase overall flexibility.

Steps: 6059

Distance: 2.867 miles

Distance (jogging): 1 mile

Longest run: .39 miles

Positivity: 40 more days!!  (sigh, I give up.  Lol!)
